As standard, our garden beds come without a base or sealing of the seams, but they can be produced to have a base and be sealed so that they can be water-tight.

Our steel garden beds are available in the same colours as our water tanks - the complete range of modern Colorbond® steel colours, including traditional galvanised finish, are available at no extra cost, and custom paints can be accommodated for an additional fee.

For the majority of sizes of our garden beds, there isn't a need for any internal bracing, but above specific dimensions, it is recommended. It is also required where the garden bed will be used to retain water in the modline, slimline and square shapes.

When buying a garden bed online, the preset base option will be for a garden bed with an added base, sealing to retain water, internal support rods (if required), and an outlet and ball valve combo.
